21+ Sorry, young’ins.
Colorado is AWESOME.
It’s been a busy summer for me, and I hope you’ve been enjoying yours too. I just got back from a west coast trip that took me deep into the Colorado Rockies to play a house concert for some fans that I met at a Rock Boat event that I played a couple of years ago (Happy birthday, Gina!). I was able to fight the effects of 10,000 feet of elevation and see that beautiful stretch of our country for the first time. On the way back to Denver, I stopped at the world renown Red Rocks Ampitheatre and got to hear Rodrigo y Gabriela’s soundcheck. What an amazing place… What a trip!
Earlier this summer I got another chance to work with my music therapist friends Angela Falco and Joe Reilly by singing on a recording that will be used in an upcoming documentary film about The Wise Guys, a group of disabled singers here in Philadelphia. That project was co-produced by Rob Hyman of The Hooters and engineered by John O. Senior.
Also – Jump Philly, the music magazine, recently interviewed me about Feed The Muse, and gave me this shout out: Read the article here: Click for Article
Recording Finish Line Is in Sight, but YOUR HELP IS STILL NEEDED!
Thanks to your continued support of the fundraising and pre-order effort, we’ve scheduled the final full band recording sessions for the album for late August. But we still need your help! These final tracking sessions will require the remainder of the funds we’ve already raised, meaning there won’t be anything left for mixing/mastering. To pre-order, or support at any level Click Here for the VIDEO and Pre-Order/Fundraiser Info! Thank you again to all who have contributed.
Your Support will help us finish up and get this record in your hands/ears/iPods/playlists, etc…
As always, many thanks!
